Mr. Hartong has been a director of Activision Blizzard since July 2015. Mr. Hartong serves as the chairman and chief executive officer of Brynwood Partners, a private equity firm specializing in the consumer products sector, which he joined in 2004 as a managing partner. Mr. Hartong is the chairman and chief executive officer, and chairman of the executive committee, of Brynwood Partners.  Mr. Hartong joined Brynwood Partners in 2004 as a managing partner, after the firm’s divestiture of one of its portfolio companies, Lincoln Snacks Company. Mr. Hartong was the president and chief executive officer of Lincoln Snacks from 1998, at which point the company was publicly traded, until 2004.  Prior to joining Lincoln Snacks, Mr. Hartong held various sales and marketing positions of increasing responsibility with Baskin Robbins USA Co. and Nestlé USA, Inc. and, from 1996 to 1998, Activision Publishing, then our principal operating unit.  Mr. Hartong currently serves as the chairman of the boards of directors of Harvest Hill Beverage Company and Hometown Food Company, each of which are private companies in which Brynwood Partners has a controlling interest.  Mr. Hartong holds a B.A. degree in history from Lafayette College and an M.B.A. degree from Harvard University.
