From October 2014 through August 2017, Mr. Barr served as the chief executive officer of Surgical Specialties, Inc., a manufacturer of surgical instruments. From May 2012 through August 2013, Mr. Barr served as the President, Global Surgical at Bausch & Lomb Holdings Incorporated, an eye health products company.
