Mr. Walters joined Encompass from The Weather Company, where he served as the Chief Operating Officer from 2012 to 2015. Prior to The Weather Company, he served in a variety of leadership roles at Bloomberg L.P. between 2008 and 2012, most recently as the Chief Operating Officer of the Bloomberg Industry Verticals Group, responsible for operations, strategy, business development, and expansion of the premium web-based subscription businesses.
