As Chief Operating Officer of CECO Environmental, Ramesh Nuggihalli is responsible for managing the global operations of the company and all operating companies delivering financial results through leadership with Customers, Employees and Shareholders.

Ramesh leads the development and execution of CECO’s operating plan, business development and operational execution.

Ramesh brings a proven track record of driving profitable growth and value creation in large industrial enterprises in both emerging and mature markets. He brings deep functional expertise in corporate strategy, marketing, mergers and acquisition and general management. Further, he has significant industry experience in the Power, O&G, Process and Water segments.Previously, Ramesh held a Chief Operating Officer (COO) role in a private industrial automation company. Prior to being a COO, Ramesh was the President and Managing Director of Xylem Asia, based out of Singapore, serving the Water sector. Before that, he was the Managing Director of Pentair Middle East based out of Dubai, UAE, serving the Energy sector. He has had 20+ years of experience in the Industrial markets working across 25+ countries and managing complex international businesses in emerging markets. He has held executive leadership roles at Tyco, Ametek, General Electric, Babcock & Wilcox and SNC-Lavalin.Ramesh holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the University of Mysore, India, a Master of Engineering degree from McGill University in Canada, and a Master of Business Administration from Wilfred Laurier University in Canada.
