Ford held various management and finance positions with companies including Canara and Noosh early in his career. In 1992, he co-founded and served as CFO of FCC, a management consulting firm that provided financial systems to emerging growth stage companies.
His career began as a senior accountant with Ernst & Young/Arthur Andersen. He currently serves on the boards of 8x8 and HashiCorp and was a board member and audit committee chairman for Performant Financial Corporation from 2011 until 2019.
Ford earned his B.S. in accounting from Santa Clara University.
