Mr. Morrison has served as a member of GBT’s board of directors since January 2016. He had a 35-year career in public accounting, serving public and private companies in the life sciences sector. Mr. Morrison was a partner at Ernst & Young LLP and served as its U.S. life sciences leader. He has worked on hundreds of public and private financings, including more than 40 IPOs and 100 follow-on offerings. He is considered an expert in the M&A arena. Mr. Morrison currently serves on the boards of directors of Audentes Therapeutics, Corvus Pharmaceuticals and Symic Bio.
