Yanbing Li Biography and Net Worth

Yanbing Li is a global business and technology executive with extensive leadership experience building market leading products and hyper-growth businesses in the US and China. She has served as a member of our board of directors since July 2019. With expertise in cloud, large scale enterprise software, cloud commerce and marketplace, cloud operations, server and storage, Dr. Li is currently Senior Vice President of Engineering at Aurora, where she is leading software development to deliver the benefits of self-driving technology safely, quickly and broadly. Previously she was Vice President of Engineering and Product at Google Cloud, responsible for Cloud Commerce, Cloud Operations Management, and Service Infrastructure. Prior to this role, Dr. Li was Senior Vice President and General Manager for the Storage and Availability Business Unit at VMware where she was responsible for a portfolio of products in software-defined storage, hyper-converged infrastructure, data protection, and storage and availability services for the cloud. Prior to VMware, she worked at Synopsys in various research, development and engineering leadership roles. Dr. Li holds a Ph.D. degree from Princeton University, a Master of Science degree from Cornell University, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Tsinghua University (Beijing, China), all in electrical engineering and computer engineering. She is also a graduate of the Stanford Executive Program at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
