Jen began her professional career as a Human Resources Representative with Sun Microsystems Inc. After 10 years with Sun, she served three years with KB Home, Inc. as a Senior Human Resources Director for the Company’s East and Central regions, leading a team of HR Directors who managed all aspects of human resources across 15 sites in the US. After KB Home, Jen was Vice President of Human Resources at Level 3 Telecommunications where she led the HR business partner and employee relations functions.
Jen earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Syracuse University and her Master of Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University. She lives in Denver, Colorado with her husband and two children.
