It also co-invests £30 million ($37.35 million) to £100 million ($124.49 million) in minority positions in UK or International companies, alongside founders, other private equity firms, corporates or the public markets. It makes both minority and majority investments. The fund structures its investments through equity, senior equity, and convertible and mezzanine debt. It invests directly from its balance sheet.
