Prior to this role, Ms. Feng served as ACM’s Chief Accounting Officer, Interim Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer since January 2018, and previously served as our Financial Controller from October 2017 to January 2018. She has more than 20 years of experiences in corporate financing and managerial accounting. Prior to ACM, Ms. Feng was Corporate Controller of Amlogic, Inc. and Regional Controller in Lumenis Inc .
