Balan Nair is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of the Company. Professional Background: Mr. Nair has served as our President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of our company since December 2017. He is an experienced business executive with over 15 years in the telecommunications industry. Mr. Nair joined Liberty Global in 2007 as its Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer and served as its Executive Vice President and Chief Technology and Innovation Officer, positions he held from January 2012 and April 2016, respectively, until December 2017. During his tenure with Liberty Global, Mr. Nair was instrumental in developing Liberty Global’s state-of the-art networks and delivering successful technology integrations for Liberty Global’s multiple acquisitions.
