Martin began his career as a Senior Auditor for Deloitte & Touche, LLP, and joined Bacardi in 2003 as an Accounting Manager overseeing financial responsibilities for the marketing functions and establishing the Company’s first Financial, Planning, and Analysis team.

After obtaining undergraduate degrees in Finance and Accounting at Florida International University, Martin graduated from the University of Florida where he earned a Master’s degree in Accounting. He is also a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida.
