Raymond S. Lopez is an Executive Vice President of BBX Capital, Inc. He also serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer of Bluegreen Vacations Corporation.

Mr. Lopez rejoined Bluegreen as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer on September 30, 2019 and was subsequently appointed Chief Operating Officer on November 25, 2019. Since 2015, Mr. Lopez has served as Executive Vice President of BBX Capital and will continue to hold that position concurrent with his positions at the Bluegreen.
