Jack R. Lazar CPA serves as Independent Director of the Company. Since March 2016, Mr. Lazar has been an independent business consultant. From January 2014 until March 2016, Mr. Lazar served as the Chief Financial Officer at GoPro, Inc., a provider of wearable and mountable capture devices. From January 2013 until January 2014, he was an independent business consultant.
