Jennifer Phipps is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at BrightSpring Health Services. Prior to her appointment as Chief Financial Officer in March 2025, Ms. Phipps served as BrightSpring’s Chief Accounting Officer since our initial public offering in January 2024, as well as the Chief Financial Officer of our Home Health and Hospice business lines since January 2023. Prior to this, from 2017 to 2023, Ms. Phipps served as BrightSpring’s Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer.
In her capacity at BrightSpring, Ms. Phipps has also managed and overseen the organization’s treasury, risk, tax, procurement, and real estate functions, and played a pivotal leadership role in all financial systems processes and enhancements, as well as all financially related acquisitions and divestiture activities.
Before she became a part of our team, Ms. Phipps served in various accounting and SEC reporting leadership roles at Cardinal Health from 2009 to early 2017. Early in her career, from 2003 to 2009, she worked in public accounting at Ernst & Young.
Ms. Phipps holds an active CPA license and earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and a Master of Accounting degree from the Ohio State University.
