John has more than 17 years of experience closing merger and acquisition, equity and debt transactions for public, private and sponsor-owned clients across a number of industry sectors. Most recently John led the Investment Banking practice in the Mid-Atlantic region at Wells Fargo Securities. Prior to joining Wells Fargo Securities, John was a vice president at Hyde Park Capital Partners, LLC and Athena Capital Partners.
