Ms. Cooper was appointed Executive Vice President in 2019 and has served as our Chief Financial Officer since September 2008, Treasurer since 2022 and Assistant Corporate Secretary since 2015. She joined the Company in 1990 and since that time has served as Senior Vice President, Vice President, Treasurer, Corporate Secretary, Assistant Treasurer, Director of Internal Audit and Director of Strategic Planning.
