Shannon Kinney serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Chord Energy. Ms. Kinney has more than 20 years of legal experience, and she most recently served as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary for ConocoPhillips.

Ms. Kinney joined ConocoPhillips in 2012 and served in positions of increasing responsibility with a particular focus in corporate securities and governance, shareholder engagement, mergers and acquisitions, global compliance and ethics, and ESG. Prior to joining ConocoPhillips, Ms. Kinney was Deputy General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at TPC Group, where she handled general corporate matters and served as chair of the Compliance Committee.
