Kenneth Cornick has been a member of the Clarivate Board of Directors since July 2025. Mr. Cornick co-founded Clear Secure, Inc. (“CLEAR”) in 2010 and served as President from 2010 to March 2025 and Chief Financial Officer from 2020 to March 2025 and from 2010 to 2017. Prior to CLEAR, Mr. Cornick was a Partner at Arience Capital from 2003 to 2009. He has served on the board of Development Corporation for Israel, commonly known as Israel Bonds, a FINRA member broker-dealer and underwriter for securities – Israel bonds – issued by the State of Israel in the United States, since November 2024. Mr. Cornick previously served on the board of directors of CLEAR from June 2021 until June 2025, on the board of directors of Center ID Corp., an expense management software company, from October 2022 until June 2025, and on the board of trustees of LREI, a progressive independent school in New York City, from 2011 to June 2024. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bowdoin College.
