Cathrine Cotman Biography and Net Worth

Ms. Cotman serves as Senior Vice President, Corporate Real Estate of LPL Financial, a high-growth Fortune 500 financial services firm since 2020. Prior to joining LPL Financial, she was a Global Alliance Director at Cresa Global from 2019 to 2020, served as the Senior Managing Director at Newmark Knight Frank from 2017 to 2019, and was the Senior Managing Director at Cushman and Wakefield from 2012 to 2017. In addition, Ms. Cotman held various executive roles at large financial services companies, including Bank of America Corporation, Capital One Financial Corporation, and Prudential Insurance Company. Ms. Cotman has received multiple achievement awards and participated in a variety of community activities, serving as a speaker on several Corenet Global panels featuring senior leaders and people of color in real estate leadership roles; holding an Officer role on 2016-2020 Omni Montessori School Board of Trustees; and being honored as a 2019 Globe St. Women of Influence and a 2016 50 Most Influential Women of Charlotte. Ms. Cotman earned a B.A. degree in Philosophy from Swarthmore College, an M.B.A. from New York University’s Stern School of Business and a Master’s (AMDP executive education program) from Harvard University.
