Ms. Donnley joined Con Edison in 2019 after nine years at the USAA in San Antonio. For the last four years, she was the corporation’s executive vice president, chief legal officer and corporate secretary; for the previous five, she was senior vice president, general counsel and secretary of USAA’s federal savings bank.
Between 2000 and 2010, Ms. Donnley served as SVP, general counsel and secretary of ING Direct USA, managing legal and compliance matters for the ING Direct bank and its subsidiaries in Wilmington, Delaware.
Before that, she was an associate for two years at the Pepper Hamilton law firm in Wilmington, and had spent six years as a staff attorney for the board of governors at the Federal Reserve in Washington. Earlier in her career, she was a budget analyst for the City of New York for two years.
Ms. Donnley has received numerous awards, including the National Association of Women Lawyers (NAWL) 2019 President’s Award, the 2019 Asian American Bar Association of New York (AABNY) Corporate Leadership Award, an Outstanding Lawyer Award from the San Antonio Business Journal (2018), the Texas Most Powerful and Influential Women Award for the Texas Diversity Council (2016), and the Pursuit of Excellence Award from the Delaware Valley chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel (DELVACCA) (2009).
She earned a J.D. degree from Fordham University in 1992, and also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
