Mr. Hoffmann has served as President of our Aerospace and Transportation business unit since September 2023. Previously, he was heading our Automotive Structures and Industry business unit. 

Mr. Hoffmann previously held numerous leadership positions in the company, including Managing Director for Constellium’s Hard Alloys and Large Extrusion business, Vice President Rolled Products Europe for our Aerospace and Transportation business unit, and Vice President and Managing Director Automotive Structures. During his extensive career in the aluminum industry, Mr. Hoffmann held various manufacturing, strategic, and management roles, serving our automotive, industry, transportation and aerospace customers across Europe and North America.

Mr. Hoffmann is a graduate of INSEAD Business School and  of the École Nationale Supérieure des Mines with a Master in Physics and Material Science. This segment also provides downstream technology and services, which include pre-machining, surface treatment, research and development, and technical support services. It sells its products directly or through distributors in France, Germany, the Czech Republic, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and the United States, as well as Shanghai, and Seoul.
