Prior to Copart, he served as the CFO of Fleetpride, the largest independent distributor of aftermarket truck parts in the U.S, owned by TPG Capital. He was previously a principal investor for TPG, where he sourced, completed, and managed various private equity investments in the financial services and industrial sectors. He currently serves as a director, audit committee member, and finance committee chairman of Armstrong Flooring (NYSE: AFI). He earned his MBA from Harvard Business School and completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Texas
