Mike Hoberman is Crawford’s North American president of TPA solutions: Broadspire. Mike leads the company’s operations, client and new business efforts. He is focused strategizing new ways to bring value to clients not previously seen in the industry while strengthening Broadspire’s brand recognition within the North American marketplace.


With nearly 30 years of industry experience, Mike has held several executive claim, business development and account management positions, starting as a claims professional for Liberty Mutual and Signet Reinsurance Company. He spent 10 years at Reliance National, ascending to various positions of greater responsibility. Following six years with Broadspire and its predecessor organization, he led sales and client services with a major U.S.-based third party administrator.


Mike holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland. He has also earned a CPCU designation from the College of Insurance. Mike is active in many large industry organizations and is constantly pursuing additional opportunities to expand his knowledge in ways that can deliver unique solutions to our clients and the industry.
