Conor M. Fennerty has served as our Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer since November 2023 and has served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of SITE Centers since November 2019. From 2017 to 2019, Mr. Fennerty served as SITE Centers’ Senior Vice President of Capital Markets. Mr. Fennerty has also served as Executive Vice President of RVI since 2020 and director of RVI since 2022. Prior to joining SITE Centers, Mr. Fennerty served as a Vice President and Senior Analyst at BlackRock, Inc., a global funds manager, from 2014 to 2017, an Analyst at Cohen & Steers Capital Management, a specialist asset manager focused on real assets, from 2012 to 2014, and prior to that, a member of the global investment research division of Goldman Sachs from 2010 to 2012.
