Prior to joining Encompass Health, he served in various positions at Regions Financial Corp., including executive vice president of strategic planning/mergers and Acquisitions, senior vice president and senior treasury officer. He also has held vice president positions at Wachovia Corp. for asset and liability management and at J.P. Morgan & Co., Inc. for global treasury and capital management.
