Shane Paladin joined Equinix in July 2025 as Chief Customer and Revenue Officer (CCRO). He is responsible for the company’s entire go-to-market strategy and approach, including sales, marketing, revenue operations, and customer care and experience.

Prior to Equinix, Shane was the CEO of Siteimprove, a global provider of cloud-based website governance and optimization tools. He previously spent more than a decade at SAP in a variety of senior roles including EVP and Global Head of Services Sales and COO of Greater China. Most recently he led the development and execution of strategy, customer success and growth initiatives for the company’s global services business as President, Services.

Shane also served in leadership positions at SignalFX, Ayasdi and FocusFrame, in advisory or board roles at Nordic Capital, SmartRent, and Board International and he started his professional career in the United States Army.

Shane earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management Information Systems from Saint Leo University and a Master’s in Strategy and Innovation from the University of Oxford.
