Jonathan Baliff Biography and Net Worth

Jonathan Baliff is Interim Chief Financial Officer at Essentium, Inc. Jonathan leads Essentium’s global finance organization and financial activities to accelerate growth and execute on the company’s strategic plan of enabling disruptive advanced manufacturing ecosystems.

Jonathan brings more than 25 years of finance experience, serving on executive teams for private equity and debt capital firms, aerospace, and energy companies. Prior to joining Essentium, Jonathan was president and chief financial officer for Genesis Park Acquisition Corporation, an affiliate of the Houston-based private equity firm Genesis Park.

After almost a decade serving on active duty in the US Air Force, Jonathan was the CFO and later president and CEO at Bristow Group. Before joining Bristow Group, Jonathan was the executive vice president for strategy and business development at NRG Energy where he led the development and implementation of NRG’s overall strategy producing significant growth through acquisitions and commercial alliances. Prior to joining NRG, Jonathan was a managing director with Credit Suisse in the Global Energy and Infrastructure Group.

Jonathan currently sits on the board of directors at Texas Capital Bank and Redwire Space, where he also serves as audit committee chair.

Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Aerospace Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University.
