She then advanced in Human Resources at Whirlpool and played a key role in setting up Walmart India's operations. With experience in leading teams across India, the Philippines, and South Africa, Riju combines a deep understanding of people and business to drive client outcomes.

A certified Six Sigma Green Belt, Riju has a master’s degree in business administration and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
