Riju was part of the Genpact leadership team that oversaw the significant transformation of Genpact from a GE unit for back-office operations to an independent company, becoming a global leader in professional services and driving transformation for clients.
Riju began her career at Unilever as a graduate trainee, developing her people management skills. She then advanced in Human Resources at Whirlpool and played a key role in setting up Walmart India's operations. With experience in leading teams across India, the Philippines, and South Africa, Riju combines a deep understanding of people and business to drive client outcomes.
A certified Six Sigma Green Belt, Riju has a master’s degree in business administration and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
