Sherry Leigh Cladouhos is an Independent Director of Glacier Bancorp, Inc., since October 2010. She has served as Chairman of the Compensation Committee since July 2015 and served as the Chairman of the Compliance Committee from May 2013 to July 2015. She was employed by Blue Cross Blue Shield Montana for 36 years and served in a variety of leadership and executive roles, including Director of Customer Service and Administration, Vice President of Member Services and Support, Senior Vice President of Marketing and Operations, Co-Chief Operating Officer, and in 2005 was named President and CEO.
