Michael O'Hara Biography and Net Worth

Mr. O’Hara is the founder and President of Clementine Investments LLC and is the founder and a Senior Managing Director of Certares Management LLC, a specialty travel and hospitality private investment firm. At Certares, Mr. O’Hara serves as the Head of its Investment Committee and as a member of its Management Committee. In addition to his roles at Clementine and Certares, Mr. O’Hara currently serves as Vice Chairman and Series A Preferred Threshold Director of Liberty TripAdvisor Holdings, Inc., as the Executive Chairman of American Express Global Business Travel and as a director of TripAdvisor, Inc., Mystic Invest, The Innocence Project and World Travel & Tourism Council. Prior to forming Clementine Investments and Certares, Mr. O’Hara served as Chief Investment Officer of J.P. Morgan Chase’s Special Investments Group and as a Managing Director of One Equity Partners, the private equity arm of J.P. Morgan Chase. Mr. O’Hara also served as Executive Vice President and a director of Worldspan. Mr. O’Hara received an M.B.A. from Vanderbilt University.
