Jeffrey A. Lipson is executive vice president, chief financial officer, and chief operating officer of Hannon Armstrong (NYSE: HASI), a leading investor in climate solutions.

Mr. Lipson joined Hannon Armstrong in 2019 and has been instrumental in the evolution of the company’s capital markets capabilities. He is responsible for all financial functions, including accounting, treasury, capital markets, and investor relations. He also oversees the company’s continued enhancement of its operating platform.

Previously, he was president and chief executive officer of Congressional Bank. Prior to that, Mr. Lipson was the senior vice president and treasurer of CapitalSource; and a senior vice president in Corporate Treasury at Bank of America and its predecessor FleetBoston Financial.
