Mr. Lovoi served as a director of Roan Resources, Inc., an independent oil and natural gas company focused on the Anadarko Basin, from September 2018 to December 2019. Mr. Lovoi graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering and received an M.B.A. from the University of Texas.
