Neil was previously EVP of Human Resources at TRW (2004 - 2015), the former global supplier of automotive systems, until it was acquired by ZF Friedrichshafen AG in 2015. There, Neil led the integration of the companies. Earlier in his career, he held various HR roles at DuPont and SC Johnson.
A leader with a true global perspective, Neil has lived, worked and studied in the United States, Canada, China and Hong Kong. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from the University of Windsor (Canada), and a Master’s Degree from Paisley University (now the University of the West of Scotland).
