Prior to Hudson Pacific, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer for Venture Corporation, where he focused on acquiring distressed commercial loans and properties. He also formed Gordon Realty Investments, a San Francisco-based real estate advisory firm.
Gordon has held several executive positions at real estate firms including ATC Partners, where he focused on acquisitions and repositions of West Coast office properties and SKS Investments, an investor, advisor and developer of commercial real estate properties in the Western US. He also has also worked at Hines as a Project Manager and Construction Manager.
He currently serves on the board of directors of both the NAIOP, Silicon Valley Chapter and the City of Hope Real Estate Council, and recently served on the board of NAIOP, San Francisco Bay Area Chapter, for which he is now a member of the Advisory Council.
Gordon graduated with honors from the University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario, Canada, with a Bachelor of Social Science degree in the Urban Development Program.
