Prior to joining Maguire Properties, Lammas was an attorney with Cox, Castle & Nicholson LLP, where he specialized in representing developers and institutional investors in their acquisition, development, financing, investing, and entity structuring and restructuring activities.
He is a member of the University of California, Berkeley Political Economy Advisory Board.
Lammas is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, where he received the Prosser Award in Land Use Law. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Berkeley in Political Economy, graduating summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa.
