Richard Fried has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2010. He currently serves as a managing member and head of the real estate group at Farallon Capital Management LLC, an investment management company.

Prior to his current position, Fried served as Vice President in acquisitions for Security Capital Industrial Trust (now ProLogis), a REIT specializing in industrial properties. Fried has also worked as an associate in capital markets at JMB Institutional Realty Corporation.

He currently serves as a Board Member of Beneficial State Bank, a position he has held since the bank’s inception in 2007.

Fried graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts degree in History.
