After stepping into the global role of CEO, Leasing Advisory in mid-2023, Andy also joined the Global Executive Board. Originally joining JLL during the acquisition of The Staubach Company in 2008, he subsequently served as President of the Western U.S region, living in California’s Silicon Valley area.

His diverse career in commercial real estate spans more than two decades. He has supported clients from early-stage startups to global corporations with the formation and implementation of their real estate strategies. He proactively engages in the latest technology trends and is known for his innovative thinking and creative approach.

Andy attended Stanford University where he graduated with a BA in economics, an MA in organizational design and captained the basketball team.
