Executive Vice President, Chief Investment Officer of Kilroy Realty

Eliott L. Trencher has served as our Chief Investment Officer since December 2020 and is responsible for acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and new markets. He also oversees portfolio management for the Company’s portfolio of office, life science and mixed-use properties. Mr. Trencher previously served as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer from February 2023 until August 2024, and Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy from August 2017 until December 2020.

Prior to joining the Company in 2017, Mr. Trencher worked at Cohen & Steers (NYSE: CNS), where he was a Vice President, Associate Portfolio Manager, and an integral member of the team responsible for investing a multi-billion-dollar portfolio in US REITs. Mr. Trencher started his career at Goldman Sachs (NYSE: GS) as an analyst in the Corporate Real Estate Group.
