Shai joined K&S in 2000 as an Industrial Project Engineer and rotated through various operation roles before being assigned in 2007 to oversee the Capillaries operations in Israel and China. He was then appointed as the General Manager of K&S Suzhou in 2010.

In 2013, Shai was named the General Manager & Vice President of Equipment Operations for K&S Singapore, where he led and supervised the operations through significant organic growth. As the incumbent, he also implemented an end-to-end operations management with approximately 30% of manufacturing cost reduction.

Shai holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering & Management from Technion – Israel Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration from the Haifa University.
