Mr. Shannon became a director of Bowlero upon consummation of the business combination (the “Business Combination”) contemplated by the Business Combination Agreement, dated as of July 1, 2021, as amended on November 1, 2021 (the “Business Combination Agreement”), by and among Isos Acquisition Corporation (“Isos”) and Bowlero Corp. (“Old Bowlero”). Mr. Shannon founded Old Bowlero with the acquisition of Bowlmor Lanes in 1997 and has grown Bowlero into the world’s largest operator of bowling entertainment centers. Mr. Shannon holds a Master's in Business Administration from the Darden School at the University of Virginia and is a graduate of the American University.
