Edwin Medlin Biography and Net Worth

Edwin B. Medlin joined Maxim Integrated in November 1999 as Director and Associate General Counsel. He was promoted to Vice President and Senior Counsel in April 2006, was appointed General Counsel in September 2010, and he was promoted to Senior Vice President and General Counsel in May 2015. In July 2019, Mr. Medlin was promoted to Chief Legal, Administrative, and Compliance Officer and remains a Senior Vice President of the Company. Prior to joining Maxim Integrated, he was with the law firm of Ropers, Majeski, Kohn and Bentley between 1987 and 1994 where he held various positions, including director. Between 1994 and 1997, he held the positions of General Counsel, and later, General Manager, at Fox Factory, Inc., a privately held manufacturing company.
