Further, Mr. Reinemund previously served as a director and chair of the compensation committee of Walmart Inc. from 2010 to 2022, and a director and chair of the audit committee of Catalyst Partners Acquisition Corp from 2021 to 2023. Mr. Reinemund currently serves on the Board of Directors at Vertiv Holdings Co., where he has served since 2020, and at USNA Foundation. A graduate of the United States Naval Academy in 1970, Mr. Reinemund served five years as an officer in the United States Marine Corps, achieving the rank of Captain. He received an MBA from the University of Virginia and has been awarded honorary doctorate degrees by Johnson and Wales University and Bryant University.
