Nadia Dombrowski is the Executive Vice President, Chief Legal and Administrative Officer of Pathward®, N.A. and Pathward Financial, Inc. In addition, Dombrowski was a partner at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP in the Financial Services and Payments practice group.

Dombrowski received her Juris Doctor from Columbia University School of Law, where she was a member of the Human Rights Law Review. Prior to earning her Juris Doctor, Dombrowski studied in France for two years as a Fulbright Scholar at L’Université Louis Pasteur de Strasbourg and as a Rotary International Scholar at L’Université Francois Rabelais de Tours. Dombrowski graduated summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa from Dartmouth College with an A.B. in Russian Language and Literature and French Language and Literature, during which time she also studied at the University of Leningrad.

She has also been recognized by InsideCounsel as a recipient of the 2016 Transformative Leadership Visionary Leaders Award for Compliance; the 2013 and 2015 R-3 100 Next Generation of General Counsel Awards; and the 2011 Pamela L. Carter Transformative Leadership Award. In 2020, she earned the Corporate Counsel Award from the OnCon Icon Awards. During her tenure at MasterCard, she was awarded the MasterCard 2011 CFO Award and the MasterCard 2010 General Counsel’s Award of Distinction. Dombrowski has served on the SuperConference Advisory Board and the WIPL Advisory Board, and is a member of the American Corporate Counsel Association and the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity.
