David Zeiden was appointed Chief Legal Officer for the Company on April 30, 2024. Mr. Zeiden previously served as Executive Managing Director, Chief Compliance Officer (“CCO”) and Chief Regulatory Counsel for Sculptor Capital Management, Inc. (“Sculptor Capital”), where he oversaw Sculptor Capital's global compliance program. Mr. Zeiden has over 25 years’ experience as in-house counsel and in private practice advising on complex investments and other transactions as well as providing legal, compliance, regulatory, and operational leadership. Mr. Zeiden holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Juris Doctor from the UCLA School of Law.
