Tim Gray is NextNav’s Chief Financial Officer, responsible for all financial functions, including financial reporting, treasury and financial planning and analysis (FP&A), capital formation, investor relations, and tax. He was appointed CFO in 2025, bringing strong financial expertise and industry experience to the role.

Mr. Gray most recently served more than a decade as Chief Financial Officer of Anterix. Prior to Anterix, he held multiple senior finance leader positions at MedImmune, Inc., a subsidiary of AstraZeneca including Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Gray served in finance positions at AOL and Nextel and started his career at Deloitte & Touche LLP. He is also a member of the Audit Committee of the Children’s Inn at the National Institutes of Health.
