Tim Gray is NextNav’s Chief Financial Officer, responsible for all financial functions, including financial reporting, treasury and financial planning and analysis (FP&A), capital formation, investor relations, and tax. He was appointed CFO in 2025, bringing strong financial expertise and industry experience to the role.

Mr. Gray most recently served more than a decade as Chief Financial Officer of Anterix. Prior to Anterix, he held multiple senior finance leader positions at MedImmune, Inc., a subsidiary of AstraZeneca including Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
