Pierce Smith serves of the board of Menasha Corporation, a manufacturer of corrugated and plastic packaging to consumer packaged goods companies, automotive, and industrial companies. Prior to joining Menasha's board, Pierce worked for Menasha Packaging, the company's largest division, as Director of Purchasing where he was responsible for indirect contracts, supplier relations, and the company's real estate foot print. Pierce also previously worked in operations, logistics, information technology, and in integrating multiple company acquisitions. Prior to joining Menasha, Pierce was a consultant for Accenture in New York, NY analyzing systems and processes for technology, media, and telecommunications clients. Pierce received a Bachelor’s of Engineering degree from Stevens Institute of Technology of Hoboken, NJ in Mechanical Engineering. Pierce served on FNB Fox Valley's board since 2009 which included serving at times on ALCO, Audit, and Mergers & Acquisition committees. He also chaired the Governance committee. He serves on the board of the Theda Care Foundation, serving Neenah's local health system. He also serves as an advisor to the Winnebago Seed Fund, a Neenah venture capital group and serves on the Board of Trustees of the Paine Arts Center & Gardens in Oshkosh. Pierce grew up in Neenah and returned to his hometown to live and work in 2013.
