Tom Beaudoin has more than 45 years’ experience providing financial and operational leadership to small businesses and global enterprises.

Prior to joining Qualifacts + Credible, Beaudoin most recently was Executive Vice President, Business Transformation, at Nuance Communications, Inc. In that role he led efforts to strengthen Nuance’s focus on aligning and leveraging technologies, market focus and solutions including the sale of the Imaging Division, the spin of the Auto Division to a publicly traded company, Cerence, and a number of other projects to improve efficiency, reduce the cost structure and strengthen margins. While at Nuance, he also served as Executive Vice President and CFO.

Previous to his time at Nuance, Beaudoin was CFO of SimpliVity (now HPE), a venture-backed company in the hyper-convergence technology space. His other senior leadership positions include: President, CFO and CFO for Polaroid Corporation from 2005 to 2008; Senior Vice President Finance of Parametric Technology Corporation and Chief Financial Officer, Infinite Supply (part of i2 Technologies); and he held a number of senior finance positions during his 24-year career at Compaq Computer Corporation (Digital Equipment Corporation) including Vice President Finance, Enterprise; Vice President, Services; and Vice President, Asia Pacific (based in Singapore).

Beaudoin is a Board Member of Cerence, a publicly traded company and the global leader in creating unique, moving experiences for the automotive world.  He is on the Board of Advisors for Plannuh, providers of the first AI-driven Marketing Leadership platform helping companies manage their marketing strategy, execution and operations in one place.

An active member of his community, Tom is Chairman of the Board of Directors for Notre Dame Christo Rey High School in Lawrence MA: is a past Board Member and Chairman of the Capital Campaign for Discovery Museum in Acton, MA; is a member of the Foundation Board and Corporator of Emerson Hospital in Concord, MA. and a past member and president of the Acton Lions Club. He is also a mentor to a number of next-generation business and finance leaders who are based in the Greater Boston area.
