Mr. Cohen was appointed as one of our directors on September 28, 2018. Previously, he had served as a member of the Board of Ondas Networks Inc. from April 2016 to September 2018. He has been the President of Richard M Cohen Consultants since 1995, a company providing financial consulting services to both public and private companies. He has served as a director of Great Elm Capital Corp. (NASDAQ: GECC) since March 2022, Direct Digital Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: DRCT) since November 2021, and Smart For Life, Inc. (NASDAQ: SMFL) from February 2022 to October 2022.
