Charles Kirol Biography and Net Worth

Charles (Charlie) Kirol joined Peloton in April 2025 as Chief Operating Officer. He oversees Peloton’s supply chain, cost management, and information technology and is responsible for achieving operational excellence across all aspects of the company’s operations.

Charlie has more than 25 years of experience steering high-impact business transformations at scale. Before joining Peloton, he served as Executive Vice President, Chief Global Operations and Technology Officer at iRobot Corporation, where he led end-to-end supply chain, manufacturing and digital business teams to deliver material cost and revenue improvements across the business. Prior to that, Charlie was Senior Vice President of Global Operations for Sensata Technologies, a leading supplier of sensing, electrical protection, control, and power management solutions. Charlie has also held executive roles in global operations, sourcing, and supply chain management at Stanley Black & Decker and GE Capital.

A long-standing naval officer, Charlie has served on both active and reserve duty for more than 36 years. He currently holds the rank of Rear Admiral in the US Navy Reserves, where he is one of the senior-most procurement, logistics, and supply corps officers, and leads a team of 3,600 logistics professionals globally.

He received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Florida and an MBA from Indiana University’s Kelly School of Business.

Charlie (Peloton Leaderboard: McLovin67) lives in Fairfield, CT, with his wife Evelyn (Lynn) and their chocolate lab Domenico Luca (Nico). Charlie has two adult daughters who are both married, and he enjoys spending weekends with his grandkids. His favorite Peloton modality is cycling.
